These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and rtk999 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided through rtk999, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all policies referenced herein such as the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms.

rtk999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any portion of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on file and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using rtk999 and request account closure by contacting support.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and the English version shall prevail in all cases. rtk999 operates as an entertainment platform targeting adult players in Bangladesh. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions constitutes legal, financial, or tax advice. Players are solely responsible for assessing and complying with any local laws, tax obligations, or regulations that apply to their participation on this platform.

Access to rtk999 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which they hold an active account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing wagers on rtk999. 18+
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of rtk999, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be located in or a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must be acting voluntarily and of your own free will, with no coercion or undue pressure from a third party.
• You must not be subject to any current self-exclusion order issued by rtk999 or any other gaming platform where cross-exclusion agreements apply.

rtk999 actively enforces its age verification policy through a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Upon registration, all players are required to submit valid identification — such as a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or a valid passport — confirming that they are 18 years of age or older. Accounts where age cannot be verified will be suspended immediately, and any funds held in such accounts will be withheld pending satisfactory completion of the verification process.

rtk999 employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect underage access attempts. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be locked without prior notice, all pending transactions will be frozen, and any winnings accrued during the period of suspected underage use will be forfeited.

Each player may hold one (1) account only on rtk999. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and pending winnings.

Registration Requirements

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. rtk999 collects the following data at registration:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID)
• Date of birth
• Valid email address (used for account communications and support)
• Bangladesh mobile number (used for OTP/2FA verification)

KYC Verification Process

rtk999 operates a tiered KYC system. Basic account functions are available immediately upon registration. Full access to deposits, withdrawals, and bonus eligibility requires completion of identity verification. You will be prompted to submit the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Bangladesh NID (front and back), or valid passport photo page
• Proof of Address: Recent utility bill, bank statement, or officially issued document showing your name and Bangladeshi address, dated within 3 months

rtk999 aims to process KYC submissions within 24–48 hours during normal operating conditions (Bangladesh Standard Time). You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your password and any linked security codes — confidential. rtk999 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat. Any activity conducted on your account using your login credentials is deemed to have been conducted by you, regardless of whether you authorised it. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact [email protected] immediately.

All financial transactions on rtk999 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). rtk999 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, your issuing bank) may apply their own service charges, for which rtk999 accepts no liability.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on the account, and only to an account that matches the name of the verified account holder. rtk999 does not permit withdrawal to third-party accounts, joint accounts, or payment accounts held in a different name.

Before processing any withdrawal, rtk999 reserves the right to request additional verification documents. Withdrawals will not be processed until all outstanding KYC requirements are satisfied. Any withdrawal request associated with funds that are subject to an active bonus wagering requirement will be held until the wagering requirement has been fulfilled or the bonus has been forfeited.

rtk999 reserves the right to impose a processing review of up to 72 hours on withdrawal requests that trigger our internal fraud, anti-money laundering (AML), or unusual activity detection systems. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is placed under review.

rtk999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, cricket season promotions, and seasonal event bonuses (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Durga Puja). Each bonus offer is subject to its own specific terms, which are published at the point of offer and must be read in full before claiming.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the bonus terms (typically 7–30 days). Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited.
• Bonus funds are used after real-money funds have been depleted, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• rtk999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus at any time. This will not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use by a player.
• Each player is entitled to claim each specific bonus promotion only once, unless the promotion is explicitly designated as a recurring or weekly offer.
• rtk999 reserves the right to exclude certain game types or game providers from contributing to bonus wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category is listed in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash (unless wagering requirements have been fulfilled), or used in combination with other bonuses unless explicitly permitted.

Welcome Bonus — Key Terms

New players who register and complete their first deposit at rtk999 are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum qualifying first deposit: ৳1,000
• Bonus is credited to your account automatically within 30 minutes of the qualifying deposit being confirmed
• Wagering requirement: 30x the bonus amount, to be completed within 21 calendar days

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the platform. General Betting Rules

• All bets placed on rtk999 are final once confirmed. rtk999 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets, except where a technical fault on our part has resulted in an incorrect confirmation being issued.
• rtk999 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of a clear pricing error, system malfunction, or human error. You will be notified of any void and your stake will be returned.
• Winnings are credited to your real-money account balance immediately upon settlement of the relevant event or game round. Settlement times for sports events depend on the sport and event type.
• Minimum bet size and maximum bet size limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet.
• rtk999's random number generator (RNG) based casino games are independently certified for fairness. All live dealer games are provided by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi under their respective certified conditions of operation.
• In the event of a disputed bet outcome, rtk999's decision — made on the basis of available evidence including system logs, provider data, and statistical feeds — is final and binding.

Cricket Sportsbook Rules

• All cricket betting markets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent).
• If a match is abandoned, cancelled, or results in a no-result due to weather or other external factors, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned, unless specific settlement rules for the market type state otherwise.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability and market suspension rules. rtk999 reserves the right to suspend markets at any time during a live event.
• In the event of an incorrect live score feed causing bets to be accepted at erroneous odds, rtk999 reserves the right to review and void affected bets.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on rtk999 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Multiple account registration: Opening or operating more than one account per person, household, device, or payment method.
• Identity fraud: Providing false personal information, using another person's identity, or impersonating another individual during registration or verification.
• Underage gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the platform while under 18 years of age.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or artificially influence betting results in any game or market.
• Bonus abuse: Using any method — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using proxy services, or applying automated tools — to claim bonuses or promotions in excess of the permitted entitlement.
• Money laundering: Using rtk999 as a vehicle for laundering funds of illegal origin. All suspicious transactions are reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with Bangladesh AML regulations.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with games, place bets, or perform account actions without manual human input, unless explicitly authorised by rtk999 in writing.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Deliberately exploiting platform glitches, pricing errors, or software faults to derive an unfair advantage. Winnings obtained through exploitation of technical errors are void and will be recovered.
• Abusive behaviour: Using threatening, harassing, or abusive language toward rtk999 support staff or other players in any communication channel associated with the platform.
• Unauthorised third-party account access: Accessing another player's account without their explicit consent, or permitting a third party to access your account.

rtk999 employs sophisticated fraud detection and AML monitoring systems that operate continuously. Any account flagged by these systems may be subject to immediate restrictions, withdrawal holds, or full suspension pending investigation — irrespective of the account balance at the time.

rtk999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud or AML activity, regulatory or compliance requirements, ongoing verification failure, or confirmed prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 07.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your rtk999 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, rtk999 will:

• Confirm your identity via your registered email address and/or a verification code sent to your registered mobile number
• Process any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding wagering requirements) to your last verified withdrawal method within 3–5 business days
• Confirm account closure in writing to your registered email address

Responsible Gaming Closures

Players who request account closure for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion or concern about problem gambling — will be prioritised in our support queue. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the chosen exclusion period. During an active self-exclusion:

• You will be unable to log into your rtk999 account
• All marketing communications from rtk999 will be suspended for the duration of the exclusion
• Your account will not be reopened before the exclusion period expires, even if you request it
• Your real-money balance will be preserved and returned to you upon expiry of the self-exclusion period or upon permanent closure, whichever applies
